Delivery Policy for Excel Drive

Online Delivery

All the products available for purchase on our website are emailed to your designated email address immediately following a successful purchase.

Mail Delivery Policy

Excel Drive utilises Australia Post's regular mail service, which may take up to 3 working days for delivery within Australia. Please note Australia Post cannot trace tickets sent by regular mail. In most cases Excel Drive uses registered mail for lesson vouchers. No responsibility will be taken for vouchers lost, stolen or destroyed through regular mail.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returned merchandise and refund policy  

If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra charges incurred by the buyer.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email at lessons@exceldrive.com or by calling 1300 856 857. 

Please note that returns will only occur in case we sent you the incorrect products. 

We can only process products purchased from our website,www.exceldrive.com and provide advice on products available on our website.

We aim to provide you with quality products to satisfy your needs. If you are dissatisfied with or have any complaints about any of our products and/or services, please email us at lessons@exceldrive.com. We will answer your emails as quickly as possible. This is our promise to you because your satisfaction is our primary concern.
